At the exhibition, the Jing Cheng Times Group will, for the first time, present an open display of the optical-grade PC optical-grade die plate to show the perfect polishing effect of the only precision polishing machine in China. The international top-level equipment---precision polishing machine, introduced by the Jing Cheng Times Group with great fortune, is the first application of this machine domestically. Traditional hand-polishing is vulnerable to a variety of factors ranging from technician’s experience, feelings, operation dynamics, environment and temperatures, thus it is rather difficult to control the flatness, and can give rise to the unevenness of bi-directional degree of finish as well as the insufficiently sharp corner of the die lip. All of these problems can have an impact on the quality of the production. Precision polishing machine, however, can solve these problems. On the one hand, it can increase the finish of the flow, ensure the continuity of production and the even discharging and the point of the die lip, enhance the evenness of the surface of the die lip; prevent soot and adhesion of the decomposition materials, thus ensure stable quality. On the other hand, precision polishing machine adopts new grinding materials and adapts polishing program to the actual hardness of the steel surface. Constant ambient temperature during the polishing process enhances the stability and superiority of the die lip. In addition to that, in terms of polishing accuracy, precision polishing machine changes the hand-polished finish from the 0.02-0.04μm to 0.01-0.02μm, laying a solid foundation for further improvement of the products quality.

At the exhibition, Jing Cheng Times will also unveil its JC-11 type of lower die lip fast mode-conditioning system which has just won the National Utility Model Patent. It is the first batch of production based on the innovation of the fast opening technology. Application of this technology will ensure the flexible adjustment of lower die lip during the constant production process, and while ensuring product quality, it will slash the time of replacement and adjustment and enhance efficiency and reduce the loss of raw materials and labor costs. Now this technology has been applied by Jing Cheng to its products of fast opening flat die, realizing the perfect technical combination with auto dies, fast opening dies and other products and further improving the productivity.

For the 2200mmPC/PP series hollow profile dies, on the basis of stable performance, low energy consumption, easy maintenance and other advantages of existing products, Jing Cheng Times pioneered modular die body design on them, adopting partial disassembly/assembly of the die bodies instead of the massive disassembly/assembly of common dies. This further simplified the male replacing process and effectively shortened the operation period, and thus remarkably improved the production efficiency.
