After a prosperous era, everyone feels inspired and works with a high momentum like a powerful tiger. At the end of the Year of the Ox, the grain warehouses were left full while in the Year of the Tiger, we can expect a better year. After saying goodbye to a fruitful 2009, Jing Cheng Times Group has welcomed the hopeful 2010. At this moment, the group basketball competition, the awards ceremony, the performance and New Year ball have been held consecutively. Jing Cheng personnel celebrated a New Year with its unique corporate culture.

On the afternoon of December 30, a friendship basketball match themed with “Saying Goodbye to the old year and welcome in the New Year” was held at the plant area. The match played by two teams from the headquarters and Chengjiang branch respectively was so fierce and excellent that the cheer leaders couldn’t stop shouting. It was also the beginning of Jing Cheng’s new year celebration.

On the night of December 30, a banquet was organized as the leaders of the group proposed. All the staff gathered at the employees’ canteen and enjoyed a delicious dinner. Sitting around the tables, people happily toasted and laughed. With smiling faces and blessings, everyone was expecting the coming of 2010. 

On the night of December 31, after a combination of performances of jazz and belly dancing, the “Glorious 2009; the Night of Jing Cheng” was held at Huang Yan Roman Hotel with the theme of “same glory, share and toast together”. The Jing Cheng staff gathered together and recalled the sweetness and bitterness in the last year and shared the joy of success and achievement. Liang Bin, President of the group delivered a speech to extend his gratitude for everybody in the group.

Though influenced by the economic crisis in 2009, Jing Cheng Times Group was always encouraged by the spirit of innovation, increased investment in human resource and production materials in order to strengthen the core competitiveness. Through active mutual and multi-win cooperation with partners, the group has delivered many high-end and high-quality products and research achievements to the extrusion dies market and made persistent efforts to create client value. Leaders of Jing Cheng Times Group, Shou Xiaodong, Wu Xinhua, Huang Liwei and Chen Fupeng were all present to welcome the new year with the staff.

In a festive atmosphere, various well rehearsed performances were shown on stage: energetic jazz dance, traditional Yueju Opera, sentimental pop songs, classic old songs as well as funny games. The exciting gala embodied the cultural atmosphere of the group and the enriched cultural life of the staff.

The lucky draws and tempting prizes pushed the atmosphere to a peak. The lucky draw was a repertoire for every year-end party as well as an important program to reward the staff. This time the prizes included laptops, digital cameras, a 2-day trip in Hengdian with salary, supermarket coupons and repaid cell phone card. Everybody was nervous and excited. Every announcement of the prize pushed the atmosphere to a peak.

In addition, distinguished employees of 2009 were awarded at the ball. To the awarding music, the awarded employees stepped on stage to receive the glory presented by the leaders of the group. Holding the prize certificate in their hands, everyone showed their happiness. The prize was a recognition of their hard work as well as proof of their contribution to the company. In the speech delivered by the representatives of the awarded employees, they expressed gratitude to the company and in the future, they would make more effort to the development of the company. Their words were sincere and honest.

In an easy and joyful atmosphere, the gala came to an end and concluded with the song “Get Higher”. A new year has started and it will be a new starting point for the fast rise of the company. Let’s make persistent effort, proceed with innovation, move on with time, meet challenges and get higher!

President Liang Bin: Firstly, I would like to give congratulations on the success of the ball. The year of 2009 was worth a celebration. With the common target, we made this achievement with our common efforts. I’m very grateful for your effort. I hope that in the new year, everybody will have a smooth and safe year.

Mr. Shou: In the new year, there should be a new atmosphere. The marketing department plays an important role in the company. With the cooperation and hard work of our colleagues, our company has achieved such a brilliant accomplishment. Though we have come across some trouble when dealing with our clients, they were all settled properly. I hereby want to thank you for your support and trust. I sincerely wish you, my colleagues and partners, a happy and smooth 2010.

Promotion Department: It took over a month to prepare for the ball and the success was filled with the hard work and sweat of the behind the scenes workers and ball volunteers. The preparation of materials and the coordination on-the-spot was trivial and troublesome, however, seeing the success we all feel our work is worth it and were happy about it. We are also grateful for the participation of support of our bosses. We wish you progress in both life and work and happiness every day.
