片材主要应用于普通吸塑片材、食品及药品包装、日用品、建筑装饰、可降解及环保材料。
在塑料加工领域,片材模头决定了材料从“挤出”迈向“成型”的第一步质量。通过多腔体流道优化设计实现熔体均匀分布,通过对温度、压力和流速等关键参数的严格控制,确保产品在厚度、密度以及表面质量上达到理想状态。主要用于生产厚度较薄的片状材料,通常适用厚度范围为0.3mm-1.5mm。
Sheet extrusion dies are primarily used for standard thermoforming sheets, food and pharmaceutical packaging, consumer goods, architectural decoration, and biodegradable/eco-friendly materials.In plastic processing, the sheet extrusion die determines the quality of the material’s critical first step—from “extrusion” to “forming.” Optimized multi-chamber flow-channel designs ensure uniform melt distribution, and strict control over key parameters (temperature, pressure, and flow rate) guarantees that products meet target specifications for thickness, density, and surface finish.
These dies are chiefly employed to produce thin sheet materials, typically in the 0.3 mm–1.5 mm thickness range.

Compared with sheet extrusion dies, blown-film dies face more complex material‐compatibility challenges and demand tighter thickness uniformity—especially for barrier films, packaging films, and medical films.
