On conventional separator dies, manual adjustment often takes hours. JCTIMES’s IM System achieves precise, real-time regulation via synchronized multi-servo electric cylinders, reducing adjustment to just over ten minutes. The system integrates a dual-actuation mechanism—servo electric cylinders plus electrically heated thermal-expansion bolts—and, together with an in-line thickness gauge, forms a dual closed-loop control architecture. This ensures high-accuracy control with rapid response, making it especially suitable for high-precision, wide film production.
