In high-load operating environments, die lips often sustain damage to varying degrees. For critical areas such as die lips and flow channels, the technical team conducts an initial assessment and a comprehensive inspection of the dies to be refurbished, and devises detailed repair plans according to the specific damage conditions.
定型段的修复难度较大，属于典型的“疑难杂症”，往往比全新模头的制造更具有挑战性。铬层与流道内的镀层要求保持0.02-0.05mm的正常厚度，这样高要求的电镀层，必须由至少拥有10年以上经验的匠人来完成。
The calibration section is particularly challenging to repair, representing a classic “difficult case” that is often more demanding than manufacturing a brand-new die. The chrome plating on the die lips and the coating inside the flow channels must be maintained at a thickness of 0.02–0.05 mm. Such stringent plating requirements necessitate craftsmen with at least ten years of experience.
激光硬化与铬层无缝对接：模唇15mm内的区域采用激光硬化，而超出15mm的定型段则采用电镀铬层与激光硬化无缝对接。流道面通常镀铬，镀层厚度为0.03—0.07mm，经过精磨精抛后，表面平滑无瑕疵。
Laser hardening and chrome plating are seamlessly integrated: the area within 15 mm of the die lip is treated with laser hardening, while the calibration section beyond 15 mm is electroplated with chrome seamlessly mated to the laser-hardened layer. The flow channel surfaces are typically chrome plated to a thickness of 0.03–0.07 mm and, after precision grinding and polishing, achieve a smooth, flawless finish.

The die lip corner radius can be controlled to within R0.01 mm, guaranteeing uniform die lip openings, minimizing streak formation during production, and ensuring consistent product quality.

Precision Inspection: The repaired dies undergo multiple inspections using precision equipment such as ZEISS coordinate measuring machines to ensure all specifications are met. Factory acceptance data can also be provided upon customer request.
